Online booking and payment system development
I build services where customers pick a time, book and pay on their own, while bookings and payments reach the CRM and POS without manual reconciliation. I built the Skolkovo Technopark tour site with booking and payments and launched table payments for Coffeemania in 28 days.
Why clients come
- Bookings come by phone and email, and managers reconcile schedules and payments by hand
- Guests wait for the bill while waiters spend time on the terminal
- Bookings get lost between the website, the CRM and the POS
- Programmes, prices and schedules can't be changed without a developer
What I build
Calendar and availability
Choosing a date, format and session with capacity in mind. The selection lives in the URL and can be shared.
Payments
Cards, instant bank payments with a deep link to the banking app, tips and loyalty points. Payment status is checked on the server.
QR ordering
A menu with stop list and modifiers, cart and table bill right in the browser, no app to install.
CRM and POS integrations
Bookings sent to Bitrix24, orders to iiko, payment provider callbacks handled.
Content management
Programmes, prices and schedules in a CMS: the team updates them without a release.
Mobile and SEO
The catalogue is server-rendered and indexable, and the interface works well on phones.

What drives the cost
I send a stage-by-stage estimate after a call and a review of requirements.
- Scheduling logic: capacity, groups, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
- Payment scenarios: cards, bank transfers, prepayment, tips, loyalty
- Integrations with CRM, POS and accounting
- Whether a separate admin panel is needed or a CMS is enough
FAQ
Which payment providers do you integrate?
In past projects I've worked with CloudPayments, Russia's Faster Payments System and CloudTips. I integrate the provider you have a contract with or help you choose one based on fees and payment flows.
Will we be able to change schedules and prices ourselves?
Yes, that's planned from the start: programmes, prices and schedules live in a CMS and the site reads them from there.
Do you work alone or with a team?
I own the architecture, frontend and backend myself. If the project needs a designer, QA or DevOps, we agree on the team at the start.
What do you need to estimate a project?
Tell me what problem the product solves, who will use it and which systems it connects to. If there are no requirements yet, we'll work them out on a call, then I'll send a stage-by-stage estimate.
Why is the price shown as “from”?
It's the lower bound of the budget. The final figure depends on roles, integrations and load requirements — I give an estimate after reviewing the task.
